Abstract of the presentation:
The PMP examination is based on version 4 of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). This month’s PMP Study call continues a 14-part series that uses a vertical Process Group point-of-view to examine the 42 processes described in the PMBOK. In this session, we will continue to work our way through the activity planning processes of the Planning Process Group laid out in PMBOK version 4. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to building your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
