Topic: “What Recruiters Look for in Candidates”

9/10/2007 Monday 9:00 pm - 10:15 pm ET.
Dial-in: (605) 990-0700 Access Code: 635 505# (Note: Long distance charges may apply per your service arrangement. Our conference calls are not hosted on toll-free numbers.)

Our moderator is Angela Varachi (avarachi@teksystems.com) and (
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/2/719/149); Angela started with TEKsystems in September 2006. Almost one year with the company and it’s been a great experience so far from our business in Parsippany to a one week training program at our headquarters in Baltimore to our National Meeting in Denver, CO. I recruit specifically on Business Analysts and Project Managers but every now and then jump into a box involving anything from SQL Server Developer to Helpdesk Operations. I am part of a few different networking groups including The Breakfast Club NJ and PM Lessons Learned as well as Women in IT Leadership. What I love most about it is being able to find someone a job that will make them happy. I mean, people spend most of their time at work…they better enjoy it, right?
