Join us on this free interactive conference call presented by David Radkovich, PMP. There will be a 40 minute presentation, followed by an open forum where you can provide your experience, tips or ask questions. Our goal is to make this as interactive as possible so your participation is very important. Some of the topics to be discussed include:
¨ Types of power
¨ Conflict Resolution Techniques
¨ Communications Channels
¨ Motivation theories
¨ RAM or RACI Chart
¨ Developing Project Team
Additional topics will be presented on the 1st Thursday of each month (no call on Jan. 3rd 2008). The topic for Feb 7th 2008 is TBD. We would like your input for future topics. If you are interested in presenting please let us know. Presenting is the best way to give back to the community and learn in the process.
