Join us on this free interactive conference call hosted by David Radkovich, PMP, EVP. On this call Dana will discuss chapter 9 of the PMBOK. You can provide your experience, tips or ask questions. Our goal is to make this as interactive as possible so your participation is very important. Some of the topics to be discussed include:

- Acquire Project Team
- Develop Project Team
- Manage Project Team
In addition there will be a brief discussion on what the group thinks of changing this call to a weekly conference call with greater participation from the members. The topic for our April 2nd, 2009 call is Communications Management. We would like a volunteer to present this topic.
