In this thought provoking presentation Frank and Tom will highlight where we have been as Project Managers and where we have to go in order to thrive and survive. Insights into dealing with teams and stakeholders in other hemispheres as well as how you can personally handle these turbulent times will be addressed.

About the Presenters:

Tom Mattus: Tom is the president and founder of Successful Strategies International, Inc. (SSI) (http://www.ssi-learn.com/). As an instructor, Tom has facilitated courses on such topics as Project Management, Supervisory and Sales Management. Tom has published several articles in PMI publications, websites and has released his new book, Boss Talk in the 21st Century, A Leadership Guide.Tom has his undergraduate degree from Widener University and his MBA from Lehigh University.

Frank Saladis: Frank is President of Project Imaginers Inc., a PM consulting firm. He is an author and national speaker on the subject of project management (having spoken at numerous PMI events and chapters). In 2006, The Project Management Institute (PMI, website is pmi.org) awarded Frank with the Linn Stuckenbruck Person of the Year Award! He is the originator of the International Project Management Day and past president of the New York City chapter of PMI. His numerous credentials also include his being co-publisher of the internationally distributed newsletter for allPM.com, a contributor to the allPM.com website, and a masters certificate in Commercial Project Management from George Washington University.
