Abstract:
While we created this podcast for an earlier version of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK), the concepts and all of the content are still valid for the PMBoK fifth edition.

Each company can use a variety of techniques to select which projects will see the light of day. This month’s PMP Study call focuses on the project selection techniques as laid out in the PMBoK. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to building your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
