Abstract of the presentation:
The PMP examination is now based on version 4 of the Guide To the Product Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK). This month’s PMP Study call focuses on the second half of Project Time Management knowledge area as laid out in Version 4. There’s so much going on in this knowledge area that we making 2 conference calls & podcasts out of it. We recorded Part 1 in the February 4, 2010 conference call that released as PMLL Podcast 91. There are changes in this area of the PMBoK. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to building your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
