John Jones joined IBM in 2000 as a Project Manager after serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy. John managed a variety of projects in the Business Consulting Services branch of IBM for his first 4 years, joining Engineering & Technology Services in November 2003. After 2.5 years managing various hardware design projects, John assumed management responsibilities for the IBM Global Engineering Solutions Components PM team. John is an IBM Executive Certified Project Manager who was awarded the 2006 IBM PM Excellence Award. He received his B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and MBA from the University of Maryland.
