By recognizing the different stages, you are able to move through them quickly, rather than languish in them for weeks. Yes, you still face the arduous task of conducting a tough job search with all its inherent frustrations. Through persistence and hard work, you will land a great new job. It will not be easy, and the job search will be tough but, in the end you will land new opportunity." About the presenter:
Cynthia Clark is a Career Coach with more than twenty-five years of experience in Executive and Career Coaching, Recruiting, and Training. Prior to establishing her own consultancy, Ms. Clark held management positions at Deloitte Touche and served as a Vice President of JP Morgan Chase. In her last role at Chase, Ms. Clark served as the Head Coach for the Metropolitan New York retail branches, overseeing the business activities of 150 senior bank officers.

Ms. Clark's clients have included the 14th Street-Union Square Local Development Corporation, Medco Health Solutions, Bank Leumi USA, Buck Consultants, Avon Products, and the New York State Office of Mental Health, as well as numerous individual coaching clients at both the managerial and executive levels.

Ms. Clark serves as an adjunct professor of Management at Baruch College, City University of New York, providing both undergraduate and graduate instruction in Human Resources and Employee Training topics. Ms. Clark is a summa cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ, and holds her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL

Ms. Clark is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is a member of ASTD, and the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, as well as the International Coach Federation.
