Abstract of the presentation:
Version 4 of the Guide To The Product Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK) only minimally touches on the methods used to select projects. However, the exam still contains project selection questions. This month’s PMP Study call focuses on project selection techniques. There are changes from PMBoK v3 in this area. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to building your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
