NOTES FROM THE CALL:
On July 31st 2013, the Guide to the Project Management Body
of Knowledge, also called the PMBOK Guide, will become the basis for the
Project Management Professional or PMP exam. This month’s PMP Study Group call
begins the deep-dive into the significantly new portions of the PMBOK. In this
session, we will focus on the first two processes in the Project Stakeholder
Management knowledge area as laid out in the Fifth edition. Dana Safford, PMP,
will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to
build your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
