In this thought provoking presentation Frank and Tom will highlight where we have been as Project Managers and where we have to go in order to thrive and survive. Insights into dealing with teams and stakeholders in other hemispheres as well as how you can personally handle these turbulent times will be addressed.

About the Presenters:

Tom Mattus: Tom is the president and founder of Successful Strategies International, Inc. Frank Saladis: Frank is President of Project Imaginers Inc., a PM consulting firm. He is an author and national speaker on the subject of project management (having spoken at numerous PMI events and chapters). He is the originator of the International Project Management Day and past president of the New York City chapter of PMI.
