While we created this podcast for an earlier version of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK), the concepts and all of the content are still valid for the PMBOK fifth edition.
The PMP examination is based on version 4 of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). This month’s PMP Exam Study call begins the focus on the first three chapters of the PMBOK. This session provides basic project descriptions and the various phase workflow alternatives that project managers can use. Version 4 of the PMBOK changed a few things in this area. Dana Safford, PMP, will provide insight and practical examples of everything you need to know to building your critical knowledge mass and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt.
